Default Rough idle & misfire codes

Hi all, I have a 2002 3.0 with 120k on it. Yesterday driving in the rain started to idle rough & CEL came on over 2500 RPM and cruise not available display lit up. Checked codes this morning & had 10 codes. P0301,303,1313,0158,0351,0353,0355,0430,1367,1000. I cleared all of those then ran the car again. I am consistently getting either p0300 with p1316 or p0303 with p1313. Only happens when I hit 2500-3000 rpm but idle is still rough. Any ideas out there on what could be causing this issue?

Thanks n advance for any help,
Pat

I have the same thing going on.... I'm thinking I have a bad head gasket between the 3 & 5 cyls. Are you losing water & blowing white smoke?

Default Try This

I had the same problem on mine, 1-6, it was a plenum leak, and bad Injector o-ring's, Now here's the rub, That is a ford Engine, built in Cleveland Ohio, specifically, an LS engine. SO you can either pay jag to do the work, or find a mechanic you trust, who will not see the cat on the hood, and only a Bue Oval. I took me a week to get my people to realize that, one they did, if cost me a third of what jag wanted. Food for thought, hope this helps.

hi, it sounds to me as your ignition coils are on the way out. These are common faults on higher milage engines, probs best to replace spark plugs at the same time, Ryan.

what about cylinders 2 4 & 6? Its often rare all 6 can go at once, but saying that it has been heard of. Also, as mentioned above, the oil breather pvc hose are prone to splitting from underneath. Its located at the top of engine and goes from manifold to cam cover, only 2 mins to check. Hope you sort it mate i know its a right pain in the a*s when sh*t hits the fan!!
