Default S-Type wheels fit on X-Type?

I came across a great deal on 17 inch OEM Jaguar wheels. The wheels are 17 inch and they look like they are off a S-Type.

17x71/2

1) They seem like they will fit.. Will they?

2) Anyone else running S-Type wheels on their cars? Post some pics..

Give me some input. And here are the pics of the wheels.

Pete, the wheels should be interchangeable. So, if you can get them. go for it. They have the same backspacing and bolt pattern. So, you should be good.

Sorry for Reply in an old thread but have the same worry as in it. Wondering if 17 inch S Type rims do fit for 2003 X type. I am looking at a good offer of Juno s Type rims. The owner has not much info on the technical details. I understand that they won't fit with tires 235/50 and also the offset is 60 instead of the 50 desired offset of X type. Will this be a problem?

I had to fit spacers when using s type wheels so the tyre did not rub on plastic lining in front wheel arch when on full lock

I'm curious about this and started searching for a wider tire as well. My thought as to why it wouldn't fit is the tire on it is a 235/50 17 while stock is 205/55 16. Your tire is actually has a wider diameter. The goal is to have a tire with the same diameter, just wider. Otherwise you will also throw off your speedometer as well as potentially rub. 225/45 17 is a factory fit.
