I have been reading on the forums and a lot of people have been taking a huge leap up with the X-Type!!!
So what x do you have and what was your previous car??

Had a 1993 BMW 525i that I wanted to drive into a lake!!!!

Now..
2002 X-Type 3.0 Sport with a 5-Speed manual!!
Which I love dearly...

From new a 1992 Benz 300E..(most excellently built car, quality and ease of removal of parts, very well engineered)

 

Get this...A 2006 Kia Spectra SX. No laughing, I loved it. Sometimes I wish I could switch back. Usually after my $63 fill up![:@]

 

I had a 2000 Dodge Intrepid that I swapped for my first X Type - an 03 2.5 Automatic. Then, I swapped it for an 06 3.0 Automatic. Loved the extra horses under the hood.

I had a 2003 X-type before I got the 2005 X-type... before that I had a 2001 mitsubishi galant... damn good car.... never had to change anything except the oil. Now my sister has it.

 

1992 Infiniti Q45a that was a very nice car but needed too much work to be worth it.

 

before my 04 3.0...........97 ram 1500 4x4, still got it, and my projects.... 80 ford 150, 80 trans am, 68 mustang, and a 68 camaro. too many toys.

 

LOl wow how do I say this...its my first car...everybdy was saying no dunt get it, its for old ppl....but for a 17 year old jag lover its my baby and no i didnt pay for it my dad did lol.

Before my 2002 3.0 X-Type, I owned a1997 Toyota Corolla...it still had lots of life left...

 

i had a 2000 volvo s80 t6 it was tight...
now i have a 2002 awd x type 3.0 stick shift

Hoping to have an XF Supercharged or XKR in a few years when i get done with school.

 

Geez - you kids got me to thinking back. Over the years I've owned, in addition to the 2 Jags I mentioned - 12 Chryslers, 4 Oldsmobiles, 1 Rambler,4 Hondas,5 Chevys,5 Fords, and a Saturn. The memorable ones, in addition to the Jags include: A 1937 Dodge 5 window Coupe, a 67 Barracuda, a 69 Olds 442, a 78 Olds Wagon with a 403 in it, and a souped 80 Ford Fiesta. The current stablemate to our Jag is a Saturn Aura. Its funny, but, I think the 3.0 X Type isa quicker car than the 442 I owned years ago.

my xtype probably is my 15th car, previous rides includes bmw 325, Pontiac grand prix GT, Ford f-150 lightning etc..I also have a second car that im working on currently a 1993 for thunderbird SC, almost classic but its a fast drive....

My xtype is just more fun to drive and drive it with class baby.
