Default Source for front caliper bolts

I am looking for a source for front caliper bolts, the one's included with OEM pads and some aftermarket pads. The dealer price on 4 bolts is outrageous. Any help would be appreciated.

KDW, go to the car parts store with the bolts and see what they can do about matching up the bolts for you. I would start specifically with the Lincoln LS and Ford Focus in the year of your car. One of those two should work. But, from there, you can work with the parts guy and he should be able to get some bolts that will work. As long as you are getting caliper bolts, they will handle the stress of stopping the car.

Default Size

I measured one in a pad kit at a local parts store...... M8 1.0, 21mm long. Google doesn't find this size in a flange style. I may try a Ford dealer & see what they show.

I had a heck of a time finding a source for the rear caliper pins also. I came across this site that has them... I thought they were pricey but bought a set for the rear. Sorry, can't figure out how to directly link you to the part:

Looks like they want about $10 for a pair (two pairs needed if you are doing both sides). Pretty pricey to me, but you should also call Dan at Nalley Jaguar to see what his price is - he's good people and will take care of you as best as possible.

Yeah, they aren't cheap. Mine would be $37.24 for 4 of these bolts. Dunno why... must be the leaper engraved on the bolt head. j/k

Default I Did find a kit at O'Reilly

I saw these a week ago but I was not sure if they were correct since the head hex size was different and thread size was slightly larger than what the bolts were that come with the OEM & some aftermarket pads. What I didn't take into account was the new pin. New pin & new bolt = no more hard to find stretchbolt.

BrakeBest makes them, part # for the front of a 2005 3.0 Auto is H5087. $17 for 4 pins & bolts.
