Some of you may know me by the username "thricebitten", I didn't realize that I had an account here when I was entertaining buying a S-III XJ6, and ultimately bought a XJ40 in 2015.
So back in December we purchased a 2008 X-Type 3.0 for Janet, and after sorting out its "teething issues"; we really enjoy it, so much that I'm now shopping for an X-Type for myself. Whereas Janet's X-Type is stock, I want mine to be a bit more "personalized" to "my" taste. Though I'm coming up to speed pretty quick on the X400, there are things that I'm curious about.
I want my interior to be a bit more "sporty", and I found the seats that I want (They remind me of the ones that were in my X306 XJR).
I found this seat on Ebay from a 2004 X-Type, The bolstering very pronounced and the insert is perforated.
What years were these seats available, and were they available in light tan/ivory color? Any and all info is appreciated.
