Default Struts. ball joints, control arm, help

If you are having a hard time holding your lower control arm down when you are trying to remove and/or install the lower ball joint. Try this, either use a big vice grip or a large crescent wrench on your lower control arm. Then put a 1 1/2 pipe on the end of the wrench. With the extra leverage you can almost push the control arm to the floor. This will save hours on axle, ball joint, strut and wheel bearing jobs
