I was changing my lower control arm, and noticed that the sub frame bolt was loose...i tried to tighten it but was unsuccessful. I was told sway bar bushing needed to be changed, but now I have no shimmy in the steering wheel...so go figure...any and all help re sub frame would be appreciated.

Loose as in spinning freely in the bushing sleeve or as in back out but seized?
