Default Swap in other engine

Merry Christmas and happy New Year to every Jag lovers! I know most of us love the X-Type for the styling, affordable luxury, good handlingbut the engine is another issue; It gives good performance and run so sweet when there are no issues, but it also give much head ache! And then transmission and transfer case! Is any body think of swap the engine, trans and TC from other makers such as Ford, Chevy, Volvo, especially Volvo turbo five AWD, or even Subaru.

You "just" need also to swap all the electronics.

Easier to swap the car.

I know it easier to just "swap" the whole other car, but you see; The people bought a rusted bucket, do the whole frame up restored the body then put in more power engine, take them years to have a car the way they wanted. X-Type body style is pleased to the eyes and frame and sheet metals is rock solid, hardly any rust, just thought a way to swap in an easier care engine and stronger drive train, but now in modern day the car with all the computer control it's not a simple solution.
