Swapped the Intake Manifold Gaskets ✅
Post maintenance readings
All 6 been swapped
Thou those 3 front ones didn’t come out easily from the ‘gasket-holder’ so the front 3 injectors were uninstalled from the rail and then reinstalled
ps ‘Cold start’ shaking was the initial concern

777eleven, clear the codes and take the car out for a drive. see what comes back. It is possible that you didn't squeeze the gaskets quite good enough and you just needed to get them warm to make them stick to the surface to seal things up. I guess I would also ask how clean you got the surfaces? Even a crumb of dirt can cause the gasket to not seat properly, leading to a leak. Not saying you need to sand the surfaces to get them sparkling clean (actually would tell you never to do that). But, getting a nice clean surface that is smooth and has minimal trace left behind is what you are shooting for. Let us know what codes you have after the clearing and we can take things from there. Granted, looking at the codes you posted, it looks like the car was on its way to being error free.

Redone the whole thing
making sure the surfaces are clean
Note
Lower gaskets swell and it’s a challenge to stick em back in the slots…
So I’ve installed the brand new o-rings on the injectors
then connected them to the rail
then did the switches with the electric connector grease(¿) & zip-ties
then attached the 2 ‘manifold gasket holders’ to the rail with 6 injectors pointing in the right direction
then screwed the rail into these ‘gasket holders’
then screwed the whole thing to the engine

777eleven. Based on your results, the P0171 and P0174 is likely the result of a common issue around the throttlebody. I would start with checking the PCV valve hose. If that is leaking (and you would have removed it for this maintenance), that would cause these 2 codes. You should also have a ribbed PCV valve hose. If you have a smooth one, then that is most likely split on the underside (replace a smooth PCV hose if you have one any which way you look at it). After that, I would be cleaning the MAF sensor.
From here, I would ask if you like to smoke a cigar? If not, do you have a friend that does? The next step would be to start the engine when it is cold and make sure the fans are not running (ie, turn off the heat-A/C of the car). Then the smoker is going to gently blow the smoke into the engine bay. What you are looking for is the smoke to be slowly moving through the engine bay and then suddenly make a sharp turn and speed up towards the engine. That will point to the vacuum leak. But, based on your indications, if you find one, do not stop. You likely have a second, third, ........
The last thing you can try is cleaning the throttle body. This would be especially warranted if you notice your car not idling smoothly and you can see the RPMs jumping around.
