Default Is there alternative for manual AWD X in USA??

I think it is unique combination for USA: luxury, manual, AWD.

Do you mean are there other brands which will offer the same combination - manual + awd + luxury?

Yes.
I don't think you can find AWD Mercedes with manual transmission. Maybe AWD Subaru with manual, but they don't have leather seats and I don't want to drive Subaru.

Those Saabs are pretty uncommon since they only offered AWD for the last couple years and of course manual transmissions were the more popular choice, but they're out there and especially a TurboX model would be super cool! It's apparently a really good, performance oriented Haldex AWD system. The obvious choices are Audi and BMW, both of which are somewhat easy to find with a manual (relatively speaking of course) and most Audis are AWD and xDrive BMWs aren't uncommon.

Audi, BMW, or Subaru. No other late models with AWD and M/T that I've found.

I just don't think anyone is considering a 911 as an 'alternative to an X-Type' given it's multiples of the price and only has two doors. The Panamerica was never sold in the US with a manual. I guess a rare as hen's teeth first gen Cayanne manual could count, but nope I've definitely never seen one, and I'm not sure I'd count a lumbering, ugly SUV as an X-Type alternative either (though the super rare GTS V8 with the manual would be kind of cool)
