Question Tightening Bolts on Oil Pan?

So I think my oil pan gasket is leaking, I find very small drops of oil in my garage. I know it's a huge PITA to replace the gasket, however a few threads I've read said folks have just found tightening the bolts on the oil pan stopped the leak.

I want to try this before replacing the gasket. Do I have to remove anything to access the bolts on the oil pan (other than the 1 hidden behind the transfer case, which I wouldn't attempt anyways)? Would prefer to know before I go through the effort to jack it up.
