Default Transfer Case Flush (Almost)

Hello All
With many thanks to all the people that posted their experience on this forum, I decided to to the transfer case fluid change, and i did the 22 inches tilt to get the old fluid out, then the 22 inch tilt the other way to get the new fluid in.
During the first stage, i tried to insert a 6 mm hose down the TC to suck out the remaining fluid, however, the hose would not go in, i needed a thinner one.

I looked around and i found an electric wire, 2.1 mm in diameter, i cut about 3 inches and took out the wires keeping the flexible plastic jacket intact, the reason why i chose this is the jacket is hard and not easy to collapse.

I inserted the 2 mm inside the 6 mm (4 mm inside) hose and made sure it was air tight, attached this setup to my paint spray gun where the suction would be from the hose and the output goes through the nozzle to a container.

i was able to reach the bottom of the TC with this setup, and got around 100 ml of very thick black fluid.
got 250 ml on the 22 inch tilt. and 100 ml with the hose, the later was coming out very slowly due to its thickness.
filled up with around 400mm, i will do it again in a month.

To DO :
1 : Drilling a fill plug above the check plug
2 : Drilling a drain plug in the bottom ( this has been done and the post is here on the forum)
3 : adding an oil filter for the transmission oil, i still need some data as to what PSI the transmission shoots the oil out to the cooler, the inner diameter of the cooling hose, will be installing a see-through filter rated at 116 psi (MAX) and 7.25psi (min)
will be installed on the line (coming from the cooler to the transmission) i am trying to find a spot to attach the filter to, no space so far for the filter.

will be inserting a hose in the check plug connected to a vacuum to suck the shavings that result from drilling..
i remember reading on this forum that the thickness of the TC wall is 1.7 mm, so i will add a stopper to my drill bit at 1.9 mm from the tip.

I used this small attachment hose for my TC fluid change. If you feed the hose from the front of the car, up over the brace by the TC, then into the hole (at an angle to bypass the gears right inside the hole), I was able to get it to the rear of the TC "tank" and suck out all the fluid.
