Very nice. I also like that you're thinking ahead! Here would be some upgrade options (I have an 07 x type).

1. Lower mesh grill (black t match your current grill). The new growler grill in my opinion does not look good with the leaper. So either remove the leaper and add the new growler grill or keep the current set up but add the lower mesh.

2. Add the ACM for audio (if this doesn't have it yet). It's great if you want to play your mp3 player or ipod through the cars audio system.

3. Looks like this car does not have the alpine audio system - get it!

4. Chrome mirror caps

5. Jaguar X type Momo black leather gear shift/knob. Looks and feels great!

6. Lambs wool floor mats (nice indulgence)

7. I'd keep these rims (they look like the 18 inch Aruba Sport alloys. These are the same ones I have)....but make sure you have some good tires on them (no Kumho). I'd recommend Continental Extreme Contact all weathers as an excellent choice of performance and comfort.

8. Replace wheel caps with brand new ones (makes the car look newer than it is!)

9. If possible try and get a wood + leather steering wheel . Looks like you have the leather only.

10. Chrome front and tail light accents...

Those would be my 10 choices.....just things to think about

I really like this car though, also the miles are pretty low for an 06.

Good luck!!!!

That's hot...

-Front lip
-08+ front grille
-slammed
-OEM XFR 20x8.5/20x9.5 wheels
-Exhaust
-Audio
-Tint
-Shaved rear badges

Done.

Oh wait... That sounds almost exactly like my mod list haha. Do whatever floats your boat, except keep the chrome off that thing.

OEM XFR wheels sound great!

The lower lip would look nice on this car, but they get grazed pretty easily if you're not interested.

I didn't notice your x doesn't have the leaper, so the new growler grill will be a nice upgrade.

That's why they say "low is a lifestyle."

Nice looking car, I hope you pick it up.

There should be a semi-secret mute button on the steering wheel controls.

It does not appear to have the sport body kit, unless I am (not) seeing things. You'll know it when you see it.

You're on the right track. I'm not a fan of add-on chrome on light or dark cars. Your Arubas should suffice on NZ roads. We are spoiled in Seattle/Las Vegas with decent roads (always some exceptions, I know.) Kiwis are adding an "s" to tint now, too? God, help us.

I really really like it in white, usually I don't but this one looks great! All the mods above seem great. Also as you mentioned a slight drop to eliminate wheel gap sounds good too. I dropped mine slightly as well and it looks good IMO. I think jeremy (exexpat) mentioned something about no chrome pieces which I agree. I think the car looks great with the paint matched bumper blades and such.

Well, perhaps I'm biased because my own X is white, but I think the X looks great in this color. Mine has all the factory chrome and I think it looks terrific (Jag hit a great balance of having just enough chrome to catch your eye without overdoing the "bling", in my opinion). One thing to know—white is absolutely a pain to keep clean; the only things that get dirty faster than my car are its wheels!

Albinos have pink eyes. Are you going to tint the headlights pink?
