Will these lug nuts fit the 18" stock Arubas? Dealership didn't know the measurements. lol

Measurements of the washer:
Inner Diameter = .73"

I'm not sure why you're looking for new lug nuts, but I just got a full set of OEM Jag ones from SNG Barratt for $3 each ($60 for a full set). It may be easier to just go that route and be sure that they'll fit.
