Default windscreen washer problem

Hi all. My windscreen wiper jets are not working. I have cleaned out the lines and pump with compressed air and have disconnected the output hose at the pump. The exit pressure of the pump is not great so I am guessing it needs a new pump. Is the pump replaceable with a newer mondeo pump? The newest x type in the scrappy is a 2005.
Am I missing anything on my diagnosis?
I need the car running for tomorrow night hence the scrappy part.

My windshield washer nozzles were actually clogged -well one was. Take compressed air and with the hose disconnected from nozzle blow air in reverse of the water flow. This might get yours going. One of mine had been clogged by a small particle and completely stopped it up.

Thanks RobinGa for the advice. I took the pump off and checked to see if it was working. It was pumping put but not a very strong squirt. I think I may need a new one of these. Got one out f the scrappy but not much better.
I replaced the water sensory at the same time with one from the scrappy. Mine never advised me I was running low on water. It works now. Simply pulls off.
I cleaned the filter . Its the little gromet thing that the pump plugs into. Pullsout for an easy clean.
Blew compressed air through all the tubes etc and cleaned the nozzles and one way valves. Still all I get is a little dribble so I am thinking that the pump although working is very weak. Jaguar does a new one for £60 but got one on ebay with a 1 year guarantee for £7. Will let you know how it goes.
I want that powerful jet of water back.
