X TYPE 2002

New to fourm, has anyone had problems with the door panels coming loose?

Have you/someone else removed them and broke the tabs? If so, there's your culprit. Otherwise, I haven't had any problems.

Check out the FAQ section.........there is a post for removal and reinstallation of the door panels that you might find useful

Thanks guys,

This is my first Jag and I really like the way it looks and drives. Bought car with 50,000 miles on it and I hope I have good luck with it. I took out an extended warranty so that I can sleep at night.

The door panels should get fixed from dealer that I bought the car from but if not, I will be repairing it myself. Have you ever heard of Continental warranty? That's who I got the warranty through. Pretty pricy but if anything goes wrong I'm sure it will pay for itself. I'm glad I found this website, has a lot of good info. Thanks again for your response.
