Hey guy's, hood lifts are gone on the 02 x type, really don't want to pay the 90 bucks each, anything close that will fit? I know that's kinda' Mickey Mouse but I REALLY don't want to use pvc pipe, might as well get a banjo and kiss my sister KIDDING! JUST KIDDING! (don't have a sister)

 

Everyone will diss on ebay, yet it is where I get the majority of my parts from. Most parts have well over half of their life left and are incredibly cheaper than anything else on the market. Here's what I dug up.

rock auto . com has the exact same uro hood (bonnet) gas strut that might be half the price of the ebay listing, if the ebay price is only for 1 strut. Ebay listing says struts, but the image only shows 1 URO strut for $39.95.
