2005 jaguar x-type 3.0

Hey notice when Im Im parked or when car at a red light, there's a knocking noise coming from J- stick - also when this happens the back up sencers start beeping - on navigation screen strarts to flicker light & dim - but if I put the front lights on it stops - cars I'm great condition no machincal issues so far - I did do a code check - which poped up P1647 - not sure if this might be the issue-

These are the Symptom all started around the same time)

• Knocking noise coming from j- stick when car on
• Back up sencers go off when are in drive
• On j - stick the N for neutral & #3 for 3rd gear don't light up but do work if selected
• When I use the the turn signals the noise from j-stick clicks the same time -
• Sometimes when using turn signals clicking sound would go faster like if so telling bad light bulb but all lights are good -

If someone who experience this or know a fix
would really would like your info or advice - worried it might be something bigger - I already reset car did not work - might be a blown fuse but not sure what to look for - sounds like it might be a electrical problem - I've done nothing after market to the car excepted installing Isimple module that connects to radio to use my Iphone, that was almost two years ago no issues works fine to this day- thanks hope someone had a solution
