Question Airbag light

Currently working on a 2017 XE 3.0 AWD rebuild that was in a wreck- planning on upgrading my wife to it

Replaced driver bag, clockspring, driver curtain, had all belt pretensioners rebuilt and control module reprogrammed and all reinstalled

Still throwing a permanent code- B1193-68 Crash event storage full and locked

At first I figured the module must of not been reset correctly but after contacting them they said this code pertains to the occupant sensor and that is needs reprogrammed.

My maxisys ds708 wont show any hot functions for this new of car so unable to try that.
I have rebuilt quite a few xf airbag systems and never had any issues with any occupancy sensors, is it a new type of sensor in the 2017 that stores crash data? and idea?

Sensor still working fine and occupancy light turns on and off like it should.

Suggestions?

JLR website gives the following information for 2017 XE regarding Event Data Recording in crash situations:

Jaguar Owner Information

Even if you clear the B1193-68 DTC, I'd expect the associated data to be retained unless it is retrieved or cleared with Jaguar SDD. Until this is done, the DTC will just reset because the full storage and lock conditions still apply.

My 2015MY XK has the same system. SDD doesn't show any separate EDR under modules so I presume the data is stored in the RCM.
