I was under the impression that the XE was to be offered here in the US this spring. Well, spring has sprung and I haven't heard a peep from any of the Jaguar dealers about this model. Has it been delayed? will they have them soon? I am anxious to check one out.

Yes, I ordered the 2017 XE late February and expect to see it in June.. this is in Canada and the USA should be about the same.

They are definitely on the way. Just received an email from my local dealer today saying my est. delivery date is 5/29. Now if they can just release financing and leasing info...

 

They should start arriving in larger numbers in June, and it's still spring until June 20. :-)

 

From what I was told, sometime in June but no exact date yet. This from reservation made in April. Car is being amended to my specs, not built from scratch.

 

My dealer in St. Petersburg, Crown Jaguar, just notified me this weekend that they have an XE on the lot and that I could come by and test drive it. It's the 240 horsepower version. Unfortunately, my special order XE R-Sport, 35t has had the delivery date moved several times now, May 25th to June 3rd, now it's been moved again to June 10th. I do have a VIN number for the vehicle and used one of the track and Trace websites that was on this site and others. Looks like my car was loaded on a boat in Southampton England, but was then taken off that boat and put on another boat with a later delivery date to Brunswick, GA. Just out of reach.

 

Hang on, it will be worth the wait to get what you want. Had to wait 4 months for our R-Sport. Well worth it. We love the car, with no problems to date.
