Default Velocity AP Aluminum Black Paddles

Hey all! Anybody have the black vap aluminum extended shifter paddles they're looking to sell, or know if there's anywhere they can still be bought? They seem to be the only aftermarket stock replacement that's not a stick on extension, and they're not sold anymore

Would carbon fibre paddles suit your car's interior?

Yep sure would, the previous owner of my car had carbon fiber extensions on which looked fine. I'd prefer black but the biggest thing is getting replacements that actually replace the stock paddles and aren't just a stick on, so if there's a carbon fiber option like that I would pick that up

Do you have any photos of the VAP ones? I remember looking at them on their website but they're gone now... photos of a similar paddle shape from a different car would help too.

I do CF parts as a hobby and I've been looking for my next project If you were happy with the shape of the old extensions (and just want proper screw-on ones) I could copy them fairly easily.

Here's some shape examples... do you have a preference?

The VAP ones (I like that these feel "factory" just bigger):

Some stick-ons:

Some other stick ons:

Haha the top ones were what I was going to link, those were VAPs short production run ones, that's definitely what I would be looking for

Yeah I like them too I think, not sure the sharp edges on the others really match the smooth Jaguar vibe. I'll start working on a prototype for my own car and make some updates if it goes somewhere.

Don't stop looking for VAP ones, my creativity seems to come with extreme ADHD so this could take me two weeks or two years 😂
