2016 xfs 3.0 diesel cooled seat buttons are greyed out and won't work
Hi,
I'm new to the forum and hoping someone can help if possible. The cooled seat down arrows are grey and we can't select them but the heated seats are working. Any ideas?

Make sure the cooled seat system fuse is not blown. Check your vehicle's manual to locate the correct fuse and check its condition.
