Default Battery problem

Hello, I didn't find any information about it, so I'm starting , so I have a problem with my multimedia it doesn't work , when I get the negative cable out and input it back the multimedia shows the jaguar logo and after turn off, so just when I get the cable out and input back it happens, my question is, my battery needs to be 100% to work ?because I already tested the modules and connections everything works well, I tested my battery in 3 different stores ,two said the battery is good but the state of charge is 60% and the CCA is 613. and 1 said the battery is bad. I don't know if I buy a new one or look for problems on the multimedia.

At the sake of sounding rude...... your post is incomprehensible.

I'm sorry I'm learning English . So I just wanted to know if the battery needs to be 100% for everything works fine . My multimedia doesn't work, so I'm thinking about the battery.

No, the battery doesn't need to be 100% for the multimedia to work. It could be a software update or another compatibility issue? What doesn't work?

OK thank you so much The multimedia doesn't work at all, it just shows the jaguar logo if I take the battery cable out and input it back, if I don't do that it doesn't show anything

It's still under warranty if it's an X260....... take it in for service.
