Default Clock setting PST

I spent 20 minutes figuring out how to set the clock back one hour. The manual index says page 47. Page 47 says there are a bunch of settings on the dashboard screen where the speedometer is. No mention of the clock. I spent a long time going through all of those menus and sub menus to no avail. It turns out that you need to go over to the middle of the dash board where the radio and heater screen is, and there is a Setting choice there with a drop down menu that includes date and time.
So I wrote a note in my manual on page 47 so I will know twice a year for the rest of my life how to set the clock.
I also found out how to reset the trip odometer.
I am in the middle of my second tank of gas for this car, so I can find out what kind of mileage I am getting. 30 mile highway trips have shown 33 mpg on the calculator in the speedometer, but that seems overly optomistic. That was the odometer that was resetting to zero every time I turned off the ignition.

Yes, the actual vs. car computer mileage is different, but not by much. I've never seen 33 mpg average and the best I've seen on long highway cruises is 31 and that's at 75+ mph. There are different options available for the odometer settings, and driver display settings, so play with them until you get the ones you want. Resetting to zero on it's own? I bet that's one of the settings you chose because mine doesn't do that. I use the "A" setting. Maybe you're on the "B" setting?

"Auto" setting is the one that reverts to zero when you turn off the ignition. I am in "A" now and will see if I can reset it when I get another tank of gas. Pushing the "i" button is supposed to do it, but sometimes it does not, so there must be a combination of moves to make it reset on demand.

In 'A' advance to trip mileage by pushing the button on the end of the turn indicator stalk (is that the "i" button?), then push and hold it in and it will say "resettng" and go to zero.
