Out of the 4 aircon vents my driver side ( RHD car ) centre vent gives no cold air at all.
All the others are 100%.
It is warm weather here so not had a chance to see if that problem is only for cold air demand.
I assume there is one fan for pax side and one for driver side.
So I expect it is not a fan problem, rather it is a flap problem.
I expect the flaps each have their own little motor to drive them.

So first question: Is the above assumption correct ?
Second question: Anybody pulled the fascia out to do work in this area ?
Third question: I bet a positive answer to the second question might involve a lot of agony.
In which case could a screwdriver be inserted through the vent to jam the flap open ?
