The car recognises the iphone 6 but the contact list and recent calls do not appear. I have "forgotten" and "added" the phone multiple time with no luck. All contact are on the phone and not the SIM and I have disabled Do Not Disturb. Any help wold be appreciated.

 

What version of iOS are you using? Also, do you have a very large list of contacts. I have noticed that with large numbers of contacts, music tracks etc. the system is either very slow or crashes or both. If this is the case, I suggest you go back to your dealer and complain as a car this expensive and new should not have these issues (my wife's 2018 X3 does not have any problems, but my 2017 XF often chokes and has to be reset).

 

Thanks for the response. I am running iOS 11.2 and have about 500 contacts. Still no luck. Have multiple electronic issues and the car is 13 days old. Second XF I have had in 2 years. Jag Canada traded in my 2017 and gave me a 2018 due to all the issues, mechanical and electronic. I think the car gods have crapped on me, multiple time.

 

On your iPhone... Bluetooth menu then tap the i-in-a-circle to the right of the Jaguar XF entry... are Show Notifications and Sync Contacts both enabled, with the Groups Phone Favourites and Phone Recents both checked?
