I'm looking around for my first Jaguar it isn't going to be a daily driver. The 09 xf caught my eye I was wondering if there is anything I should look for when buying one. I've also considered a 05 xjr.

 

The first thing to know is that the XF was completely redesigned for the 2016 model year. Those cars (designated the x260) are in this forum, while the 2015 and earlier models are in the x250 forum. So if you are looking for information on those earlier models, post there since that's where those owners will be.
