Default XF 2016 question

Im planing on ordering Jag Xf 2016 3.0 l AWD R-Sport with all the options came up to $90,000 CAD. The sales person told me that you can get the car if u dont like it after 3 months of driving it u can return the car back to the dealership without any problem. Is that true wouldnt that be breaching the contract? Is there any policy or regulation that support that? I am interested in ordering and if im not happy thenreturn it without any doubts.

Sounds like a sales pitch. Never heard of that deal in any location.

Get that in writing by the service or sales manager or someone in authority before you leave with the car.

If the franchise wishes to offer that, fine - but +1 get it in writing from someone with authority. Doesn't sound like Jaguar (as opposed to the franchise) would offer that.

What Country do you live in? In the States, you're signing lots of paperwork saying You will be responsible if you stop honoring the contract.

It sounds like a slimy old school lying ******* of a car salesman (who ruins it for the good ones) line. Sure you could return it. You just won't close to your purchase price by trading it in before 2 years. Even at three months, it's a titled car, as in Used!

For a customer to choose a 3 month old used car over a brand new one, the difference in price will have to be very large. I don't think you'll be returning it though. It rocks!
