2012 XF drivers side seat
The drivers side seat on my 2012 XF will not adjust. None of the buttons are working except for the lumbar pressure. I have tried changing the fuses but that does not fix the issue. Any suggestions? thanks!
Do you move the seat position often? Sometimes sitting in the same position for so long can cause the motors to get stuck.
You mentioned changing fuses - did you check the correct ones? See attachment of wiring diagram. Fuses are located in Central Junction Box.
Have seen a few switch packs go faulty - but not often.
What happens if you press memory switches?

I did change the correct fuses. The memory buttons are not working either. The seat doesn't get moved often but every couple of weeks my Son drives the car & he moves the seat.
I've just had my drivers seat fixed as it had lost all button controls to adjust it including the door memory options. After several hours with my local jag specialist the fault was identified as the seat control unit. So replacement unit in and we were up and running. Final cost £490.00 + VAT. I love Jag repair bills they make my day....
