Default 2013 Jag XF Doors wont lock with fob or the button

Please help,
I have a 2013 jag xf supercharger and i cannot lock my doors at all. The door button on the dash wont work and neither will my key fob. I have no clue what it can be. Husband checked all the fuses and every fuse was good, so at this point we're not sure what it can be.
It doesnt make any noise when the button is pushed on the fob and nor the dash.

Has the battery been disconnected or fully discharged?
( If so I suggest you take a look at this thread )

I had the same issue after having disconnected my battery for over an hour. I already took it to one dealership and they gave me the Technical Bulletin that shows the faulty Junction Box ($2400 part). I am taking it to a different dealership this week that apparently has a "wizard" working there, hopefully he can just reprogram it.

Running immobilisation in SDD can restore locking!

I'm at the dealership right now, came to this one because they have a resident Jaguar Master Mechanic who has been working on these cars since the early 90's. I figure if anyone can figure it out, it's him.

***UPDATE***

They used SDD and were unable to restore the locking function, said I need a new Central Junction Box ($2000 parts and labor). I think I'll go without door locks.

If you guys can get to a shop that has the "Autologic" diagnostic/reset tool then it seems to be able to restore the function of the locking doors, folding mirrors. Maybe contact Autologic in the UK as they may be able to direct you to a shop with the diagnostic unit. They also provide technical back up to workshops for the units. My independant Jag specialist in Oz, invested in one and has dialogue with the UK usually with answers within 24hrs . I was presented a A$4000 bill to replace 2 modules as per their technical bulletin on this issue, which i laughed at, in the end the specialists charge was A$90.

I purchased a warranty, that covers they whole car if anything is to go wrong with it, only thing i have to pay is a $100 deductible which im okay with, it beats paying over 5k for parts and labor..
Doors dont lock, rear turn signals dont work 🥴🥴,
I hate leaving my doors unlocked 😫

Remember this just puts the car back to how it was.... if you disconnect the battery again, the same will happen. Replacing the parts as per the tsb will cure the problem!
