Good morning everyone,
I have recently changed all my brake discs and brake pads on 2008 XF 3.0 V6 PREMIUM LUX, when starting the car up got these 3 faults: dsc not available, brake assist faulty and abs faulty. does the car require a reset after these changes ?
please help?

Just to be clear, did you get the faults straight after the brake job, or more recently?

Hi BritCars,
I had the faults directly after the brake job.

Still looks like battery. Maybe left door open / radio on etc during the job.

Otherwise start testing each of the sensors.

+1

1. partially discharged battery
OR
2. incorrectly refitted/damaged ABS sensor cable
