Hey guys, if the AUX cable is not plugged both in the car's AUX port and my iPhone, and I select AUX from the Audio menu, I keep hearing a buzzing sound.

If I connect my phone through the AUX the initial buzzing goes away, but when I play some music, I hear a buzzing sound on the left side only ...

Tried to change the AUX cable, worked great for a week, no noise ... but today it came back.

Any idea please?

I have always had a buzzing sound when flipping over to Aux and I'm not playing anything. It isn't loud though. It is barely loud enough to hear it. I think it's fairly normal based on others that have posted about it. I don't hear it when playing music so I can't help you there.

Yes you can.

Search eBay for "Ground Loop Noise Isolator Filter". You want one with 3.5mm Aux connections so you can connect it in line between the Aux socket in the car and whatever your source is.

Cost less than a fiver at time of writing this and it worked a treat for me. No more buzz, even at full volume.
