Default Brake module not covered (CPO)

Took my 2010 XFR in for unusual noise when applying and releasing the break. Turns out there is a spring that is bad. The whole break pedal unit needs to be replaced. They claim that it is not on a list of covered items for certified pre-owned cars. They are calling Jaguar HQ for me. Any thoughts? Sounds crazy to have a part like the break pedal mechanism to not be covered.

Few items are covered under CPO... I had a seat belt jam due to some broken plastic clips and it wasn't covered either. Only critical items are covered (they have a list). It seems critical to me when a seat belt won't function... :/

You are correct the seat belts are not covered in CPO, but no one covers trim items. The Jaguar program is actually one of the best.
