Default Catylic converter

Need new catylic converter should I replace other parts such as sensors gaskets an valves

if there was some damage to the engine that cause the converter to fail (headgasket leaking coolant into is one) then I would fix those issues as well.
If the converter simply failed due to age then simply replacing it should be enough.

Engine fault Poped up on the screen then the car shut off I pulled over an started the car up again afterwards but I’m not sure if the engine head is damaged
