check engine light
I have a 2009 supercharged XF have had any problem so far , driven on highway check engine light came on ...I remember that I gas up before trip pulled over check gas cap...car ran smoothly question? after getting to D.C. I gas up again the light went out is it the gas or tighng the cap...WHAT TEST CAN I used that is free before going to dealer....

You could read the codes - they're kept even with light off - then clear them. Then deliberately loosen the cap, if you wish. But probably no need as you'll likely find the code(s) is/are for an evap leak or the like. Post what you get here if you like.

Thank you. I think I use a diffrent gas???
