Default Coolant Leak/Need Help

I recently replaced the water pump on my 2013 XF Supercharged 5.0, still have a coolant leak :/. I decided I to run a pressure test on the cooling system. Noticed that the pipe above the throttle body was leaking. Does anyone know the part number or the name of this hose/pipe?

Found it, the part number is C2Z28536 . it’s failing towards the passenger side where it connect to the other hose near the oil filter housing. Is this a common thing?

Okay I got it out, Both the upper hose and the bottom connector have no damage at all. Between both of the hoses was this piece with two gaskets. Could it be that the gaskets are bad? Or does the whole piece need to be replaced?

Does anyone happen to know the part number for the seal with the two gaskets?

All of the plastic in the cooling system is a ticking time bomb. It all needs to be replaced at this point or you'll be pulling everything apart again and again.

I don't believe that part is available anymore from Jaguar. They updated the top manifold and "Y" pipe design and the two pieces need to replaced together. The new design does away with that connector and o-rings.
