Coming up on a brake job... should I go for the dealer pads or EBC Redstuff ($150 front / $100 rear)? I have used EBC pads before on other cars, but want get some feedback from XF owners who have used it on their XFs -- most specifically in the squeal and dust department. I know the EBC reds will bit and stop a little better than the organic dealer pads.

I am doing the job myself. Resurfacing and not replacing the rotors.

 

I run ebc reds on everything and do because theyre great, and ps oem are semi metallics not organic

 

EBC Redstuff are Ceramic pads, not semi-metallic.
