Hi All,
A few times now my XF 2014 sportbrake 2lt wont start due to EPB error. failure..
Previous time(about a year ago) I replaced with new battery and with a bit of re calibration and much swearing it started. Whilst driving along the other errors cleared (abs, gearbox errors etc)
Happened again 2 days ago, so again I replaced the battery, and it didnt want to know this time. After further swearing and a John Cleese moment I started unplugging various connectors from the main fuse box in the boot, after disconnecting each one, one at a time I tried to start. Finally it started and away I went with no issues for about a day.
Until yesturday the same thing all over again, tried all the above and eventually gave up and got car picked up to local non Jaguar garage.
They are now saying EBP and Abs module need replacing at a cost of £2600.00

Error sporadic. Status :P0700 - Clutch pedal switch A/ clutch position sensor. Error Message : Malfunction. Error static. Status :U0300 - CAN signal from cruise control. Error Message : Malfunction.
