Help with the trunk!! PLZ!

Default Help with the trunk!! PLZ!

Hi guys
I do not know why today the trunk releasing button does not work.
I can open the trunk only use the key button or the button under the wheel, and I checked the manual still don't why.

I think the trunk button is an electric switch that may have failed.

Thanks! Someone said it is in valet mode, not sure

"button under wheel"?? WTH is that? What is this "wheel" of which you speak? Enquiring minds need to know.

If you can open the glove box, its not in valet mode.

I think he must be referring to the switch on the lower dash to the left of the steering wheel
