Default How do you remove / Reassemble this pulley, Photos

Hello my timing cover is leaking, I already fixed the passenger side.
working on driverside but cant get off timeing cover to repair, becuase this piece is in the way .
Can I pull this off by hand? 3 bolts, pry loose? How do I put back on .. advice thanks.
I don't have a pully removal tool.
please advise

Still waiting on help. I do not have a manual for my car anyone have one? 2015 Jaguar xf 3.0 S/c.

How do I take off the pully .. the 3 bolts are out but the pully wont budge
advice?

If that’s the harmonic balancer, then you’re probably gonna need a harmonic balancer puller which basically or should I say typically screws into the center of the crankshaft snout and uses some bolts to attach it to the front of the pulley to back off the crank snout using a nut on the giant big screw

If this is the power steering pulley, this video should help. From the video it sounds like it's just heavy rust buildup. The video should play from the exact moment he talks about the pulley, but in case it doesnt, watch from 15:27.

Thank you so much!! This is exactly what I needed!! I can not thank you enough. I was afraid these forum's are dieing due to less and less jaguars on the road.
