Crankshaft pulley removal
Any suggestions for removing the crankshaft pulley? I tried using a jaw puller but don’t want risk damaging the pulley. Any suggestions or links to a certain tool will be a lot of help.
The EARLY V8 pulleys were different.
The later pulleys used the 'split-cone' and a pair of M8 x 1.25 long bolts and a steering wheel puller kit will work fine.
I included the early TSB because you did NOT specify a MY.
Please include Make,Model,Year when posting a question. Jaguar made changes over the years and procedures also change as well.

When I did my supercharged ;'99, I had to borrow a tool from the dealer. I think the tool for SC was different.
I hope my memory is right here...but the SC damper is 1 piece (both pulleys are one), so a tool with long reach is needed.
