jazzyd and kiddhan625 - $62k for new, unregistered, delivery mile cars? Not being cynical - genuinely interested. I paid a similar price for my "new" XFR a couple of years back, but there was a story behind it. Having now moved it on, I have a real-world view of just how much money these cars lose in value and I think that is partly driven by the deals being done by Jag on new cars.
Yes, this seems to be the way to buy a "new" XFR. I am not sure who is paying near list for box fresh ones, but they can be prepared to lose close to 50% in two years on trade in.
Mine was ex Jaguar North America track demo, then a management car. 1k hard track miles followed by 3k highway miles, followed by a $12k largely cosmetic refurb (new wheels, windscreen, paint among other things). Car was as new but at 25% off list and six months old when I bought it, sold to me as first registered owner.
