inter coolant pump

So here's my question I have a Jaguar xf v8 2009 supercharged. in 6 years I have changed the inter coolant pump 2 times. I have to change it again because I have no heat when te car idle. there is electricity 13.5v going through the wire but the pump is not runing. Does anyone here have experienced the same problem ?

The IC pump normally cools the IC (used for the SC) - sounds like you mean another pump!

Yes I think you mean the AUX pump?
Have you been replacing the right pump?
They are both on the passenger side front down low.

Yeah I noticed they were 2 pumps when looking in the manual. Right now the car is kind of a pain in my ***... I don’t even want to look at it !

It only blow cool air / no heat
so I’m thinking is the thermostat stuck open ? If so why don’t I have a code ? Maybe because I dont drive it for a long period of time ?

Than the famous pump near the rad.

I will hook the car on obdII today and drive it around check temperature and all. Than put it up on the lift and go check for that second pump and take it appart if needed lol

I’ll get back with hopefully a fix
