Anyone replaced their XJR6 inter cooler pump?
Greetings, Jagisti
I am considering a new Bosch intercooler pump to replace my ageing Hella original, on the assumption a new one can only be better than a tired old one.
I have googled the subject, and it sounds like Bosch 0392 022 002 is a good option and one source states it pumps about 44 litres per minute. There is another Bosch, 0392 022 010, which pumps about 59 L/min, and looks similar in size
Has anyone any experience or recommendations?

From the various threads in the X100 and X308 and other sub-forums it appears that the 0392 022 010 is the latest version that most install now, and is what I plan to install at some point.
The 0392 022 010 is a bit larger but does fit, and like the other Bosch models does take some minor custom wiring to connect to OEM harness.

When mine failed I replaced it with the oft-ballyhooed F150 Lightning type....which in theory is a bit higher capacity.
As I recall it took some fiddling to fit the existing mounts but it was too long ago to remember the details
Cheers
