Default Bosch Intercooler Pump - Model # Please

My car is at Eurotoys at the moment, and it turns out my intercooler pump went out. I've read other posts about the upgraded Bosch units, but haven't found the full model numbers. Apparently there is more than one option of Bosch pumps??? Please provide the model # for the best upgrade. The Eurotoys option is $300. The Bosch units appear to be around $100. I just need to know which exact model to buy. I'm out of town right now and don't have much time to search.

I was able to squeeze in a search and found these 2 model #s from another member.

0 392 022 010
0 392 022 002

Which one is preferred?

I'd done this about 2 years ago and found my order sheet but it only had the stocking #, looking at these two parts (amazon) you will notice the 'tab' at the bottom is different, ones square the other rounded, I have the old pump in a box and will pull it out later today and check. I did have to modify the bracket and I removed orig connector from orig pump and installed it on the new one without a problem.

I used the 010 version but the connector is different and you will have to cut the pigtail off of the old hella pump and wire it up.

It does make a little more noise than the old one, but you can't hear it with the engine running.

Thanks. I should have it tomorrow. Did you see any improvement over the stock pump?

It does flow more, but an improvement is hard to judge. I did it when I put the twin screw on, so not even remotely fair comparison.

The one thing I did find is that you should massage the pipes to get the air out. When I first turned it on it made an awful noise, but it was because there was an air bubble.

No difference on mine but piece of mind and I knew I was getting a bit more flow, one thing to watch for, the hose routing is important, for some reason one (I forget at the moment, I think lower one) is oddly very long and I noticed it was possible to kink it when putting the pump back in. Ensure the hoses are flexed as to not restrict flow.
