Default Jaguar XF 2013 trunk /boot problem ?

Hello everyone
I have a problem on my jaguar xf 2013
2.2 diesel engine
When i push the trunk button hazard lights on and boot latch actuator is not working
When i remove battery and put i back the cable just one time working and stop working
I changed all the cable i checked all the fuses and junction box is ok no corrosion.
Any help

Not sure what you have done? But the wire loom going into the trunk flexes and over time the wires break. Replace the loom or cut it open and find the broken wires.
Fairly common repair on those cars.

Here is a picture from the thread below. Not sure why Jaguar made ALL the wires black!

If battery voltage is too low, the solenoid won't work.
If the trunk latch is too tight, meaning the trunk needs to be slammed to shut it, the solenoid might not work properly under heavy tension.
Spray some WD40 inside the trunk latch as there is a metal arm indies that releases the lock when the solenoid engages.
If that don't help, replace the solenoid box which is mounted by 3 screws above the trunk lid latch.

Thanks for your help . ı changed trunk lock and actuator but ı will try with spray and check again
