Default LED Strip Lights

Has anyone installed LED strip lights under the headlamps? If so, where did you hook the wiring to, and were you happy with the result?

Those LED strips look so tacky. The only cars I ever see with those are late 1990s Toyotas or Hondas. They in no way look like "real" DRL LEDs.

I agree with JohnEnglish it does look tacky. I was going to do this myself and even bought all the waterproof LEDs and the ones which could bend aroudn arounds but decided it was not worth it. It would look weird and ruin the looks in my personal opinion. I bought 5M of the LED lights which had the 3M sticker on the back as well. What a waste of money...

I think that putting the leds on the outside of the headlamps is not quite the correct place. How about on the bumper as on this XJ. Looks pretty cool.

I think it's funny that the Jag folks want to ADD DRLs and the Vette guys do all they can to disconnect them.

Yeah, but 'vette guys are just weird anyway.

Sorry... I'm a Viper guy from a ways back. We like to poke fun and the 'vette crowd when we can.

With a bigger selection to choose from, its easier to find the winners... like this guy who decided to do a big, smoky burnout but forgot to turn his traction control off...
