Default Questions diagnosing damage

Hey guys, need some help figuring out how these parts got damaged if possible, I have a ‘12 XF 5.0S/C. The car has just over 86k miles. I bought some wheel spacers to go on the rear because I wanted the wheels/tires to fill the fender better. i have always had spacers on my cars in the past and never had any issues.
So i got some 1.25” spacers(32mm).
The company actually sent me spacers with a 74 or 75 mm center bore rather than the 63.4 on our jags. I know its my fault for not noticing, but I had the wrong center bore spacers on there for a few days before I noticed...
I then took them off and installed the correct spacers, 63.4mm center bore, 32mm thick, hubcentric. I’ve had those on for probably about a month now.
now, that said, about 2 weeks ago I started hearing noises coming from the rear wheels, my right passenger side wheel bearing had gone bad. So i parked the car, waited on parts and replaced the wheel bearing. All good, no noises but I still had a slight vibration around 45-50mph so about a week after that I looked around a little more and found the CV joint on the same wheel busted out by the boot, leaking grease everywhere. So again, parked and waited on parts, installed a new CV axle.
I’m assuming the damage came from driving the car with the wrong center bore size wheel spacers for a few days and not from just having wheel spacers in general. Like I said i’ve always had spacers, same size too, had 32mm on my rears on my 370z for 3 years no issue whatsoever.
Is it safe to say the damage was a result of the wrong spacers and that I can keep my correct spacers on the car? Or should I take them off?

and lastly, everything seems good now but the car does seem to ride a little rougher than it should, bumpy roads can be a little violent, and occasionally I get a little steering wheel shimmy when I brake hard, (don’t know if the 2 are connected or not). I had a brake shop look at all the brakes and said they look fine, pads are all good. What else should i be looking at? Control arm bushings maybe? Or maybe get a second opinion from another brake shop?

sorry its a lot, i’m not an expert but I’m trying to learn everything I can. Thanks in advance

Spacers will stress the suspension.

That's probably why, then.
