Default Snow Tires For 2011 XFR

New to the forum and wanted to say a big HELLO to everyone.

I live in Canada and unfortunately it's that time of the year again - WINTER

Just wondering what people are using and what wheel and tire specs will fit the XFR

Thanks!

The 19 inch are supposed to fit.

I highly recommend the continental extreme contact and the Pirelli Sottozeros. Michelin is getting good reviews for their PS3 Alpin.

Go and get four 20" Rims that are 8.5" wide. Then get 4 Bridgestone blizzak LM-60s. I hate going down on size. Worked great last winter.

Continentals are far superior to Bridgestones.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I'll get into the rubber debate once I can nail down the rim size issue. For those that have 19" on, what's the spec on the rims?

Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestion, but I just noticed you are referring to an XF - I need options of the XFR. So far all I've been able to find for the XFR is that I'm SOL on 19" and have to roll 20". Please if anyone has alternative fire them my way! hahaha

Continental extreme contacts only go up to 17 inch, unfortunately.

As for 20 inch winter tires everyone has trouble sourcing them. A better choice would be to go down to 19 inch rims if new rims are contemplated. More tire choices and better winter performance.
