Default Sometimes car feels like sliding when changing Lanes?

I have this weird issue I've noticed recently when I enter the free way at moderate speed and move over the left lane the first lane change feels almost like an ice slip, or what I would imagine a slip to feel like if a tire blew out.. it's really odd and seems fine after that first slippy feeling.

Does this sound familiar to any of you guys?

My car does that when I accelerate too much, I think its just the amount of torque these things have!

Your being the new F type? Its interesting because its when i change lanes in almost a straight line its not like an abrupt turn or anything.

definitely check the tire pressure.

are you on summer tires? one thing i noticed with summer tires is that it makes the car follow grooves on the floor (i forgot the technical term, i think its tracking or tremmel)

Mine does that on damp roads or crossing the white lines when the tyres are cold or pressures are uneven. I think it's the wide tyres. Although it feels weird it never seems to lose control so I've stopped worrying about it.

If you feel it in the rear only... most likely the bushings are shot in the end links/swaybar link/stabilizer bar.

I have the same feeling and my lateral link bushings are torn to pieces. I bought Dorman brand for $95ea and will try them and report back if that solves it for me.

Has anyone replaced these and done a write up? Is it a DIY? I know I'll need an alignment after but figured if I can adjust them to the same setting and install them and then get the alignment it will likely save me a lot of money.

Super easy... I did it in my driveway in under an hour.

I measured and counted my turns... no alignment was needed or that I noticed.

Lubricate everything the day before.

Lateral links installed and rear movement is gone. My bushings were shredded.
